To secure your date, it's $150 deposit.  If need to cancel, you will have to notify me (2) weeks before event.  If not, you deposit will be non-refundable. Your balance will be due (1) week before the event date. I will send you a final invoice. 
Each event is responsible for cleaning up after your party. It will be $100 cleaning deposit, which will be included in your final bill. Cleaning deposit will be refundable the next business day. If you cleanup and left the property the way it was.
